Eugene, Oregon Watch Out!

These past couple of days have been REALLY, REALLY busy and full of lot's of mixed emotions!

Sunday we had Jord's farewell in Park Valley! This was a really long drive because it's about two hours away, however like always Noah was a champ and Jordan did such a good job so it was well worth it! The people out in Park Valley are so kind and have done so much for Jord to get him where he is today! His farewell was so good, my cousin Spencer Morris (who lives out in park valley, and is one of Jords best friends) spoke first, then my mom and last but not least Jordan spoke! They all did so well on their talks! I found myself getting a little sad this day but it didn't really seem real to me yet!

Last night we went up to Tremonton to set Jord apart, this seemed to sink in just a little bit more so I found myself getting a little emotional through all of it. After that was all over and Jordan was officially Elder Jones we went over to Grandma and Grandpa Barker's house to give my Grandma a blessing. She's going in for surgery on Thursday and Friday and it's a pretty serious surgery. They have to go in and remove a tumor that is pushing against her artery by her ear. I know that everything will be okay and I felt so much better after her blessing.

Today we all met at Jeremiah's for one last breakfast before Jordan left. It was very delicious as usual but you could tell from everyone there were a lot of mixed emotions. As we were taking pictures and as I was giving Jord a hug I couldn't hold back the tears! I really am happy for him but still a little sad to see him go! The last time we had to say goodbye to my older brother was 10 years ago, so it's been awhile! Thanks to Grandpa and Grandma for the YUMMY breakfast, and Kip we missed you!

Jordan we love you so much and are so proud of you! You are going to be an amazing missionary in Eugene, Oregon! We can't wait to see you hopefully next June when we come to visit! =)

Happy Valentines Day!!!

The other night I felt like baking so I decided to make some Valentine Sugar Cookies, and let Noah help me! It was so much fun, except he mostly just wanted to eat the dough, the finished cookie and the frosting with the sprinkles. He didn't quite get that you can't eat all of them! It was still lots of fun and they turned out way YUMMY! Noah loved it!

Noah has been brushing his teeth for months now and he loves it, well his baby tooth brush that he's had since about 7 months started falling apart with bristles everywhere. So I decided it was time for an upgrade... We went to the store and purchased an electric spin brush! There weren't very many "Cute" options to pick from so we went with the cutest one and that was "Wall-E". From the pictures you can see he absolutely LOVED IT! =)(And it wasn't really expensive so I got me one too!)

Noah is my little helper and loves doing anything that involves helping mommy or really anyone that says "Noah do you want to help me do....?" Here he is helping me with laundry tonight!

I hope everyone has a HAPPY VALENTINES DAY tomorrow! We have a fun filled day planned and I'll be posting pics soon... My little brother Jord is having his farewell tomorrow in Park Valley! I'm so excited for him but it's going to be a very long day mixed with lot's and lot's of emotions! Here is a pic of Noah opening his cute little gift from Grandma Lisa and Papa Wade! Thanks guys he LOVED IT, well mostly just the Goldfish and YoGos! I let him where his Valentine outfit today i bought him seeing how we'll be in church clothes all day tomorrow, his shirt says "The Ladies love me" He is such a little STUD!! I Love him! Happy Valentines Day Baby!

Wow! Where did the time GO!

Yes I know it's been forever! It's now almost Valentines Day and I still had a Christmas Background! I'll I can say is WOW!

Anyways these past couple of months have been really busy, with lot's of changes and to our newest little addition to the family Jess and Kip had their baby and he's the CUTEST THING EVER! Noah and I are lucky enough to get spend tons of time with him! We love him lots, and yes I was a little worried about Noah and him but they already seem to be off to a great start down the road of "Best Cousins"! Noah still keeps his distance but little by little is becoming more daring... How grateful I am for Jess, Kip and little Ty and all they do for me and Noah! They are truly amazing people...

Noah turned 15 months yesterday and I can't hardly believe how fast the time goes. He is the joy of my life and I love every second we get to spend together. Today we went to his 15 month check up and everything went well.

Weight: 22 lbs
Height: 31 1/2 in
Head: 25% ?? (I don't know the size, oops!)

So at the doctors they got us right back, however we had to wait a little bit to actually see Dr. Gaberielsen so let's just say I was being creative trying to entertain Noah. Here are a few pics while we were waiting. (I bought Noah new sunglasses the other day because he loves mine so much and well he didn't disappoint he LOVES THEM!) So picture this Noah walking in with me with sunglasses on saying "HI HI HI HI" to everyone he saw! =)

Playing in the doctors office and car! He is just so much fun...

Yes this last pic is of me trying to take a pic of us with our glasses on! As you can see mine are still on while his were off! =)

Here are some things Noah is doing at this age:

- He talks a lot, to the point where I'm like "Did you really just say that? Now your how old?"
- He loves books
- He is so friendly and is such a little social bug! Everywhere we go he's saying "Hi" "Bye-Bye"
- He is a little bit of a picky eater, mostly because he's so busy he would just rather grab a bite and then go play and continue the process!
- He is SO SO SO SO BUSY! He doesn't stop! Ever!
- Still is the best sleeper ever, this kid loves to sleep!
- He loves animals but mostly DOGS!
- His new favorite movie to watch is "Nacho Libre" Yes he got this from Kip not me! So Jess and I were telling Kip a couple weeks ago how dumb this show is and how we can't believe he likes it. When the next day guess who is sitting on Kip's lap glued to the TV. Yes that would be my little Noah! He will sit and watch it all, he loves it! I guess I ate my words!
- He loves songs
- And yes loves to be the center of attention! =)
- I won't say he's naughty just very smart and really mischievous! When his mind is set he won't stop until he finds a way to do it!
- He is starting to say "Cheese" for the pictures and actually smile! YAY!
- He loves to help me (Vacuum, clean, burp Ty, put diapers in the garbage!) The best thing is that he gets so excited to do it! How long do you think it will last?

Anyways! I could go on and on as all you moms out there know but I won't! Noah is an amazing little boy and I feel so blessed to be his MOM! I love him so so much! I wish at times I could freeze time because my little boy isn't a baby anymore he is defiantly now a little toddler!

Now let's just hope I can stay up on the posting! =) Wish me LUCK!
