"Balk-Balk"

Yesterday was such a great day! We were first able to go up and help Grams and Gramps Jones with yard work. It was so much fun to talk and visit with everyone it really didn't even seem like we were working... =) I told Grams to keep this going each and every year! Since we were in the area we stopped by Grandma and Grandpa Barker's house! As always it was so much fun and really enjoyable... Noah loves to go there because he is always the center of attention, and they devote all their time to him! (but when does that not happen =), but he's already learned to share it with Ty which is a good thing!)

I love my grandparents so much and am so thankful for them and all they do for me and Noah! I really am so thankful for ALL MY Family, they mean everything to me and I love them all!

Once we got home Noah started carrying around his toy chicken, he calls it a "Balk-Balk" so when it was time to go to bed I said let's put your chicken away. Nope! Let's put your chicken to bed. Nope! Let's put him on the dresser, until the morning when you wake up. Nope! So I put it on the dresser anyways and he was so upset, and cried until I finally said do you want to take him to bed? He shook his head(or whole body) YES! "Balk-Balk"! So that's where the chicken slept last night, with Noah in his crib! Well until he fell asleep and then it was on his dresser, until morning when Noah woke up and wanted it again! Funny little boy of mine...

It was so cute, and really funny because It's just a CHICKEN!

Best "est" Cousins

Noah is lucky enough to get to spend so much time with most of his cousins (the only ones who are exempt from this would be Ava and Ella, his only girl cousins). However when they do come to visit he loves it...=) Anyways, I always loved to spend time with all my cousins, and to this day I consider all of us pretty close! I love all my cousins and get really excited to hear about them and see what they are up to these days... and of course look forward to spending time with them.

Well I hope that this is how Noah will be with his cousins too. Already his face just lights up when he sees them, he get's so excited to play with them and to talk to them. Even though Ty is pretty little he absolutely loves to help burp him, feed him, give him his binky, play with him etc.

Here are a couple of pics I was able to take these past couple of days. The other night Heather, Jake, Noah and I were able to go to dinner and after wards we went back to let the boys play and watch New Moon! When we walked into Olive Garden Jake sees Noah and leans over to give him a big hug and kiss and says "Woah"! It was the cutest thing ever!

Yesterday I was able to work from home, which can I say I absolutley love the company and people I work for who will let me do this! =) It makes working so worth it... Here is Ty and Noah playing under Ty's baby toy! Noah was loving this laying and playing just like Ty.

Last Saturday we took our monthly trip to the temple, we wanted to go to Draper but forgot to make an apt. So we just went to the Jordan River, it was really neat and so pretty. I love to go to all the different temples and the uniqueness about each one. Normally we just take pics of me and Jess together and then Kip and Jess, it's very rare we get one with all three of us. As we were walking out I was getting my camera out and this nice gentlemen said "I'll take your picture, go on it will turn out GOOD!" He was so cute and so nice and yay we got a pic with all three of us!

Lot's of Fun and Lot's of Green...

Happy ST.PATRICK'S Day!

First off we found out that my sister in law and brother are having a GIRL.... Yay! (Well 85%, so were crossing our fingers for next apt) We are super excited because as most of you know we have all boys, 4 grandsons! So we are in much need of a little girl!

While my mom went to the apt with Jer and Amber, Noah got to hang out with Me at work! He loves to come and visit and of course everyone can't get enough of him! However today there weren't too many people there so after a little while we decided to go to lunch with Shawna and Lindsey! It was fun and really yummy!

We then had my little brother's and sister over for dinner, my mom was at school and my dad was hunting so we got to enjoy our fun little siblings (even though they really aren't little, they will always be little to me!)I love these guys, they were really GREAT! Jess and I made GREEN chicken cordon on bleu, funeral potatoes, cabbage, fondue and punch! I know it looks gross but it was very delicious and fun to eat! (P.S. Don't mind the Christmas colors we really didn't do this on purpose, oops!)

Usually when we get home from work Noah and I go running, well since we had family over we didn't get to go tonight! All night Noah kept saying "side, side, side" and I just couldn't stand it anymore! While dinner was cooking I took him outside to enjoy this nice wonderful weather that isn't going to last very much longer! =( While he was out playing I decided to take some pics, even though he wouldn't smile I thought they still turned out pretty cute! He is defiantly my little stud! I just love him to pieces!

Yes we were trying to take pictures of the boys but of course Noah only wanted to hold Ty for 2 seconds! So we decided to try me holding them and as you can see it didn't work out too well, so then we tried Jess and well they just weren't in the mood for pictures! Oh well, they are great for memories anyways!

I hope you all had a Happy and Fun Filled St. Patrick's Day!!
We sure did around here...

Jess and her heat vent addiction...

So ever since I can remember Jess has pretty much LOVED sitting on the heat vent with a blanket over her right until it turns off or get's cold! =) Yes, she didn't grow out of it, she still loves it and has gotten Noah to absolutely LOVE IT too! I couldn't help but take this picture tonight because it was just to darn cute, Noah had to even brush his teeth while sitting with Jess! I love it... Thanks Jess for being so cute with Noah!

Birthday Fun!

The month of February is gone! Where did the time go... This month we had quite a few birthdays! My nephews Jake #2 and Asher #3, my little bro Caleb #14 and my wonderful Grandpa Barker's!

Jake got so spoiled but it was well deserved! This little boy is just too cute... Noah and Jake are so close and get so excited to see each other! He was at the age where he actually liked opening presents! It was so fun and cute to watch him and take all the pics, while his mommy Heather helped him open them!

On Saturday Kip, jess and I wanted to go to the temple because we hadn’t been for February yet and the month was almost over! We asked my mom to watch the boys and we went. First off let me tell you it was so so so busy! So we ended up doing sealing’s which was such a neat experience! I have to tell you I feel so blessed to have a temple so close to me and a place where I can go to escape the everyday things! I love it! Anyway here is a pic of me and Jess afterward… I also am so thankful that I have Jess and Kip that let me tag along with them! Thanks I love you guys!

While my mom had the boys we had told Asher for his birthday that we would take him to pick out his present! So we took him to lunch and shopping! Wow! What a fun time we had... We also couldn't take Asher without big brother Aidan so he got to come too! They are so much fun and we had lot's of fun! We went to the lovely "McDonalds" which can I say I am not a fan of but the kids loved it!

On Sunday my little bro Caleb was ordained a Teacher so we went to my parent's ward, had dinner and then a little party for all the Feb birthdays! I'm so proud of Caleb and the choices that he's making... It was such a fun and relaxing day! However we didn't get to have the company of my Grams and Gramps because Grandma Barker wasn't feeling too well! She is doing better and is recovery great but she was really dizzy! I think it's just part of the recovery process but let me tell how hard it is to see her in so much pain and like this! I'm just thankful Grandpa is there to support her and that she is doing as well as she is!

Ever since last summer when I would take Noah to my mom's to get babysat my dad takes Noah out to pick Grandma Nessa a tomato in their garden. Well on Sunday my dad took a lime (because there are no tomatoes) and put it outside then came inside and asked Noah if he wanted to go pick Grandma a tomato? Of course Noah got so excited and they went out and came in with a lime for Grandma! It was so cute and funny...

Noah and Papa Brett peeling potatoes!

Yes Ty does have Noah's sunglasses and hat on! I just couldn't resist he looks so darn cute... =)

We ended the day off with a visit to both grandparents of course! It was so fun to visit and see them all, unfortunately Grandpa Jones is a little sick too but is starting to do better! I have such strong and amazing grandparents and I love them all so much!

Now it's March and the weather has been so nice these past couple of days! Any chance we get Noah and I are outside playing and are loving every second of it! Let's all cross our fingers it will only get warmer from here! =)
